Refunds are available up to 45 days from the order date. To return merchandise request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by going to your BaliCrafts Imports account page, locate the merchandise order, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, you may request an RMA manually by going HERE.

  • Pre-paid shipping is available for all jewelry and apparel returns.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges, gift box costs incurred for the order, and any other costs associated with returning the item(s) for all other merchandise being returned.

If your return is a result of an error by BaliCrafts Imports, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.

If your merchandise is received damaged please submit an RMA within 14 day of the purchase date. We will offer you the choice of replacing the item if available, or a full refund for the damaged merchandise.

The following are exceptions to Our Return Policy:

  • Clearance Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ can not be returned
  • Damage claims must be reported no more than 14 days after the order date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused
  • Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered
  • Items must have all original tags and accessories attached
  • You will be responsible for all special packaging and gift box costs incurred for the order
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns

For your convenience, we offer return shipping labels for merchandise that is not jewelry or apparel at our cost, passing on available savings to you. You have the option of purchasing a shipping label from us, or purchasing shipping directly from the shipper of your choice.

To request a quote for return shipping click on the link below and complete the Return Shipping Request form. You will need to provide your RMA number, answer a few questions, and that’s it. Your quote is on its way. To purchase the return shipping label from Us follow the instructions in quotation email.
